Hey everyone, my name is Sam the new in house CFO!

 

I am originally from East Tawas, Michigan and moved to Weaverville, North Carolina when I was 19. I moved to Canton, North Carolina 8 years ago when I had my daughter.  I recently just graduated from Nursing School and hope to continue my path in the healthcare field.  I currently care for my 97 year old grandma and have been in the home healthcare world for the last 5.5 years. My weekends and time away from the salon consists of family time and watching my daughter explore this amazing world we live in.

Ever since I was a little girl, when I had an American Girl doll, I loved hair, it was probably the girliest thing about me. I would use my doll to practice all types of different styles and try to get better at them.  While I hope to continue my career in the healthcare world, I've always had an interest in hair and the community around it.  Since spending the last 6 years in healthcare and school, I decided to take a little break and explore hair for a little while, and 74 ManeSalon was the perfect place to do it!
